Apple Music Ad

Throughout recent years, Apple Music advertisements have featured a common theme. Apple uses celebrities in Apple Music commercials, including dancers and singers, as well as dancers in earbud commercials, such as Lil Buck. Taylor Swift recently released an Apple Music ad featuring a Drake song in 2016. Not only was this successful for Apple because of the humor of the plot line, but it spurred a 431% jump in sales for Drake (McIntyre H,2016).

Apple Music ads are successful because they use popular celebrities and songs from current artists. This strategy helps to ensure that their ads are seen by the right people and that the music that is used in the ads is familiar to viewers. The use of humor is also an effective way to capture the viewer's attention and keep them engaged with the ad. Apple Music ads also use vivid visuals that are tailored to fit the concept of the ad. Not only does this make the ad more visually appealing, but it also helps to reinforce the message that the ad is trying to convey. Furthermore, the use of popular celebrities and songs from current artists also helps to create a sense of familiarity and connection that viewers can relate to. This in turn helps to increase the chances of the ad being memorable and inspiring viewers to take action. This encourages viewers to act, whether it's to download the app, purchase a song, or simply share the ad with their friends. Ultimately, this helps to increase the visibility of Apple Music, and grow its user base.
