Apple on their social media campaigns

Apple on social media campaigns that focus on highlighting their commitment to customer service and the satisfaction of their customers. By creating a feeling of trust and loyalty, customers are more likely to remain loyal to the company, resulting in repeat business and more sales in the long-term. By reinforcing this message on social media, they are able to reach a wider audience, which gives them the opportunity to create a stronger connection with their customers. This connection can lead to increased customer loyalty, resulting in more repeat business and higher sales. By engaging with customers on social media, companies can create a sense of community and form relationships with their customers. These relationships can help build trust and loyalty, which can lead to customers returning for repeat business and increased sales. Additionally, social media allows companies to reach a wider audience, which can help expand their customer base and give them more opportunities to build relationships. One of the most apparent and strangest things about Apple's use of social media is how few central accounts they have. Across the board, the most well-known social networking websites appear to have this problem. Apple maintains a clean, simple Twitter feed rather than a page that is chock-full of old Tweets. As of September 13, 2021, @Apple on Twitter has only 1 pinned Tweet about "a special #AppleEvent" (a custom branded hashtag with a gradient Apple logo), along with an associated video (Stroud, 2022)

  1. You mention here something really important in visual campaigns that is the connection through feeling between the customer and the product, in this case loyalty and trust. However, it would be nice have more visual examples of how apple use the social media to engage with its customers.
